Introduction

The Setup – Establishment module is used to manage and monitor institutional structure within the system.

This module allows administrators to:

  1. Create and manage Institutes
  2. Maintain Institute contact and address details
  3. Monitor student establishment summary
  4. Track class-wise enrollment
  5. Track course-wise enrollment
  6. View staff allocation statistics

This module is typically accessed by System Administrator / Management Users.

2?? Institute List

2.1 Overview

The Institute List screen displays all registered institutes in a tabular format.

Columns Available

Column Description
Institute ID Unique system-generated ID
Institute Name Name of the institute
City City location
Phone 1 Primary contact number
E-mail Official email address

2.2 Features

Feature Function
Show Entries Select number of records per page
Search Search by name, city, phone, or email
Sorting Click column headers to sort
Pagination Navigate using Previous / Next

2.3 How to Use

  1. Go to Setup ? Establishment ? Institute List
  2. Use the Search box to filter records.
  3. Click on column headers to sort.
  4. Use pagination to navigate.

Institute Details

3.1 Overview

The Institute Details screen is used to:

  1. Add new institute
  2. Edit institute information
  3. Delete institute
  4. Maintain contact and location details

3.2 Field Description

Institute Name Official name
Address Complete address
City City name
Taluk Taluk/Tehsil

Phone 1 Primary contact

3.3 Action Buttons

Button Purpose
Add Save new institute
New Clear form for new entry
Modify Update existing institute
Delete Remove institute
Clear Reset fields

3.4 Adding a New Institute

  1. Click New
  2. Enter required details
  3. Click Add
  4. Confirmation message appears

Establishment Statistics

4.1 Overview

Provides:

  1. Institute-wise student count
  2. Grade-wise student count
  3. Academic year-based reporting

4.2 Filters

Filter Purpose
Academic Year Select year to generate report

Click List to generate reports.

Click Clear to reset.

4.3 Report Columns

Institute Institute name
Grade Class/Grade
Total No of Students Total enrolled students
List of Students Detailed student view

Class Statistics

5.1 Student Statistics

Includes:

  2. Grade-Batch Enrollment

  5. Grade Enrollment Statistics
  6. Grade-Batch Statistics
  7. Student Enrollment Import

5.2 Staff Statistics

Includes:

  1. Staff Grade-Section Enrollment
  2. Staff Grade-Batch Enrollment
  3. Staff Class-Section Enrollment
  4. Staff Class-Batch Enrollment
  5. Staff Grade-Batch Statistics
  6. Staff Class-Batch Statistics

Used for staff allocation tracking.

Course Statistics

6.1 Overview

Displays:

  1. Course-wise enrollment
  2. Subject-wise enrollment
  3. Section-wise course distribution

6.2 Filters

Filter Description
Academic Year Select academic year

Buttons:

  1. List – Generate report
  2. Clear – Reset filter
