Institute Name
This field specifies the institution or campus to which the staff member belongs.
Purpose:
- Manage teaching assignments institute-wise
- Useful when the system manages multiple institutes or campuses
In the table shown, the value appears as null, which means the institute may not have been assigned or recorded for that entry.

Example:
- Staff 21EAC012 ? Maximum Classes = 12
Meaning the staff member should not be assigned more than 12 classes.
Minimum Classes
This field defines the minimum number of classes a staff member should teach.
Example:
- Staff 21EAC012 ? Minimum Classes = 10
This ensures that the faculty member is assigned at least the required number of classes.
